Submit the following documents:

(1) Application Form
(2) SPM, STPM and/or A-Level Results or Equivalent
(3) Letter of Offer from the University / College
(4) Parents’ Income tax returns for the last 3 years
(5) Any testimonials from independent parties to support the application
